On the go!

Baseball 06.07.09

The summer is supposed to be a time for calm and peacefulness right? Well, so far I’ve been out of town more than I’ve been in town — and poor Jordan and the rest of the family is just trying to stay sane! Jordan is still going to preschool this summer, taking dance and going to the pool as often as possible. She just got back from a trip to her grandparent’s house while her mom and dad went to the Bonnaroo concert in Tennessee. Lucky kid.

Here’s what we have to look forward to – Camp No Limits! It’s two weeks from now and the first time it’s in the St. Louis area. We’re excited to be one of the first four families to take part. Jordan is going to attend with me and her brother. Randy needs to stay in town for work… But we’ll all meet up and head out to Chicago for Jordan’s check in with her prosthetist. So right now, the kids are starting to get VERY excited about a real traditional sleep over camp experience. We’ll have sleeping bags, outdoor fun, crafts and even a talent show. Very cute and a neat opportunity to meet more families of kids who have limb differences. I’m so excited.

Great opportunity. I visited the website and told my husband I’d love for our entire family to go next year. Let me know when you get back if you recommend or not. Crista from KY
