The last time I talked about disability on a panel at South by Southwest (better known at SXSW) was back in 2012. It was a fabulous conversation that helped me see how technology might be used to help bridge the information gaps between the many different disability communities. As I’ve grown with Jordan, we’ve seen new ways to make an impact in the world of disability. That’s why she and I are teaming up to pitch a discussion during SXSW 2018.
This time, Jordan and I want to show the work we are doing on a bigger stage. We want to show how kid-led design can make an impact in inclusive design and in the lives of kids with differences. We would love your help. All you need to do is visit our pitch and give it an “Up Vote.” It will need you to create an account, but I promise it will be worth it. We will be able to spread more awareness and make an even bigger impact than where we are today. If you really love our work, please consider leaving a comment. That makes a difference!
I can’t wait to see what’s next and I hope SXSW 2018 is a part of our next.
