Fun with Instagram

Along with spending trying to build connections between families and kids in the special needs world, I’m also a bit of a social media geek. I teach social journalism and help manage an NBC-affiliate newsroom. My job has led me down a path of social media geekery. SO… when I stumbled into an Instagram photo-a-day challenge launched by my BlogHer friend Chantelle (best known as Fat Mum Slim). I love Instagram’s community of people. To take part in this photo challenge, all you have to do is follow each day’s photo challenge and add #janphotoaday to the title of the picture. There are tens of thousands of photos included in the challenge so far. It’s fun to see different perspectives and see this project spread the globe.
