Family Time at Camp No Limits

Camp No Limits is a special camp because not only does it help limb different kids learn, it helps the whole family learn more about the support resources available for everyone. Our family started attending camp when it started in Missouri in 2009. Every year, BOTH kids ask when they can return. The camp is special to us all. While the limb different kids work on life skills, the siblings have time to talk about the challenges they deal with as the brother or sister of a limb different sibling. There are emotions and confusion about the attention, the whispers, the cultural challenges. All kinds of things. It’s special to have a camp where both of my kids get the support they need. Plus, parents get support time as well.

The time our family spends together is also really wonderful at Camp No Limits. Sometimes Randy is able to join us, some years he has to stay at work. But the time we spend at camp is wonderful family time.

We’d love your donati0n to camp as we get closer to Jordan’s birthday. We’re less than $100 away from sending a third child to camp. And we think it’s a pretty special thing to do. On December 29th, Jordan’s birthday, she will donate three months of allowance. Please consider matching her $50!
