#GivingTuesday is a great reason to kick off a birthday fundraiser

Each year Jordan asks for one thing for her birthday: Donations to Camp No Limits. She is super proud of what we’ve been able to raise trough the years and in 2014, we’re closer to our end-of-the-year goals than ever before.

Today is Giving Tuesday. That’s a day created to celebrate giving back to non-profits after surviving Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Today started out for us perfectly. An anonymous donor gave to our fundraiser! It’s a perfect way to kick things off for the month. Jordan’s birthday is December 29th and we’d love to get our total donations up to $4500. That means we need to raise at least $1,255. I know we can do it!

As we’ve said many times before, Camp No Limits is special because it gives our whole family a supportive place to learn and get the support needed in the limb difference world. Jordan has learned to tie her shoes, zip zippers and button her buttons. She has made friends and mentors for a lifetime. Our whole family has made friends across the country who are incredibly special to us. By the way, any donations you make to Jordan’s fundraiser will go toward your 2014 tax credits!
